Any advice would be great as i am having a problem with the 25amp fuse to battery from engine that it keeps blowing randomly.i have tested the charging voltage at idle and it reads 13.6 volts.if i take boat out at some point the battery blows again not everytime but fairly regularly.Has anyone got any ideas please.


i have checed all terminals and connections and they aere all satisfactory

what are you doing,if anything when the fuse blows?are you trimming the motor for instance?are you turning sharply?have you added any wiring to the boat for accessories etc?what is the charging voltage when the motor is turning up to 2k or above a few minutes after starting?are all accesories working properly?tach for example?any indication that something is wrong other than fuse blowing?are the battery terminals clean and wiring flexible near the lugs on the battery wire?is the ground in the rear of the boat good?the braided wire that is noninsulated on the motor outside the boat?inspect all the wiring around the starter and make sure they are tight...same with feed to the voltage regulator...
