Mercury 50 hp 2 cycle 2008

Motor starts fine. After it has sat for about an hour it is tough to start. Takes about twenty seconds or so to get it fired up again. Any suggestions?

Motor starts pretty easy at first. After about an hour or so it seems like it takes three times or fifteen to twenty seconds to get it started. Runs fine once it starts. Any ideas.

have you tried pumping the bulb back hard before you try it?your decision is it fuel or fire...am inductive timing light around one of the plug wires would help you make that decision..
