hi i have a 4hp mercury 2 stroke i purchased of a guy that was a standby engine. the engine looks brand new even under the hood
this engine starts easy and runs, the problem I'm having is it wont rev up no throttle response.
things i have done
1. cleaned fuel tank and replaced fuel
2. cleaned carb (carb cleaner and ultrasonic)
3. new plug
4. new diaphram in fuel pup
5. new inline fuel filter
please help I'm stumped
