Having an issue where it takes a bit for the motor to shift into gear especially from going through reverse to forward. Sometimes you can hear a sort of a grinding noise, other times no noticeable noise but its still slow. Revving up the engine or lowering it seems to help, but the last thing you want to do while in the marina is speed up or worse possibly stall out. Any ideas? I'm pretty green but willing to get my hands dirty
