I have a 2001 Mercury 25EH. Starts fine and will idle all day. But after coming off plane it will stall. It acts like its running out of fuel. 2-4 cranks and it starts right up and idles fine. I tried pumping the ball while coming off plane and it did not help. Fuel pump and carb were rebuilt and replaced fuel line, primer ball and fuel filter and gas tank cleaned. Thanks

Open the idle mixture scrw 1/4 turn CCW.

I've adjusted the idle mixture. It has not helped. I've treied adjusting it in and out several times.

How close is the water to the power head on your boat when coming off plane? I've seen a motor take a dunking when the water came into the cowling.
