I would like to convert my Mercury 225Hp 2.4L Serial no 05977120 Xlong STND rotation into a LH - counter rotating one.
Is there someone who can list all specific "LH" parts needed to convert one my RH gear case into a counter rotating one.

hi i have a late 80s to early 90s 225 blackmax and would like to know if you can tell me what size jets go in both sides of carby bowl and what jet goes in bottom middle and top as they are different from carby to carby any help would be good thanks zac

You should have started a new discussion or your question could have got missed.

Do you have your serial number? Merc commonly changes their carbs every couple of years and without knowing your exact model (by serial) it is difficult to figure out what parts you are looking for exactly.

The service manual for your particular model shows 4 different carb sets over an 8 year period...
