"I was at lake w/ this engine,

"I was at lake w/ this engine, it rained on it pretty bad and now will not start. I am drying it out. It has a point system. I do not know what the plug gap should be. I assume the fuel mix should be 50:1. I'm at a loss, any ideas?"
