I have a 20hp, its not been used much in the past 3 years and last fall I tried to get it running. After quite some time it started but when i gave it throttle it lagged before revving up and when i cut it back to idle/troll speed it spattered and died. Once that happened I could not get it started again. I gave it new spark plugs and cleaned out fuel filter but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
