Mercury 200 20HP Cooing issue

I have a 1979 Mercury 200 20hp that state up all winter. Few weeks ago i started working i have it running but for one issue i have no water coming out the pee hole. I just got done rebuilding the water pump which by the way looked okay but since i had the parts i did it anyways. Im at a loss as to what to try next any help would be a big plus.

Make sure the tell-tail hose and nozzle are free from obstructions. Use a piece of wire to clear the fitting and hose.

Or blow compressed air up it (if it's available).
