Mercury 200 1992 overheating problem

" motor only overheats around 1800-3200 rpm.It's cool at idle.Close to overheating (but does not)at full throttle. I have replaced waterpump, thermostats.but still overheats.I welcome any and all comments. thank you "

Poppet valve located near bot

Poppet valve located near bottom of block may be stuck. There are 2 or 4 bolts (depending on model) that need to be removed to pull out poppet valve. A Haynes manual shows breakdown of poppet valve and its components.
