My engine would only start at

My engine would only start at 3/4 thottle and when I idled it back down it would stall. Now it will not fire at all I have no spark. Could it be my stator or something else? Thanks for any help.

"Carb idle circuit is plugged. (Just came in from working on one in my shop--same problem). The carb(s) need to be pulled and cleaned.

PS: With ethanol gas, you need to use a water separator and put her away for the winter after running a gas stabilizer through the motor and running it dry."
