mercury 150 fly wheel

when i removed my flywheel i didn't have a mercury fly wheel puller. so took all the small bolts out and removed top part of flywheel. does it have to go back on a certain way for the timing mark. thanks melcanida
 
Turn the crank so that #1 cylinder is at TDC (Top Dead Center). #1 is the top cylinder on the Starboard side of the engine.

Install the flywheel so the Zero-Degrees mark (TDC) lines up with the timing arrow. You could have the flywheel mounted in any position, but the way the bolts are spaced there's only one spot where the timing scale will lined up properly (with #1 cyl at TDC).
