Mercury 150 Black Max Fuel Problem

I have a 1986 150 Blackmax that I haven't started in a couple of years. It starts up fine with some starter fluid, but dies immediately so I am assuming I'm not getting any fuel to the carbs. Does anyone know anything about how to diagnose if that's the issue, and how to go about replacing it if needed. Any help is much apppreciated! Thank you!

My bet is on the Carbs being crapped up.

Old Gas? Water in Gas - drain and replace.
Disconnect the main hose to the carbs and turn the engine over - see if you get fuel. IF not check the fuel filter/pump. + check for leaks on hoses.
With the fuel hose still disconnected pump the primer bulb. Should squirt gas - if not - clogged pick up tube in tank, bad primer bad primer valves, blocked kinked hoses.
If all OK above - I'd bet the carbs need to be pulled and cleaned.
