Good afternoon all. I have a 2011 mercury 115hp efi 4 stroke that will not start without a shot of starter fluid. Once started it runs flawless. Once it starts I can shut off and it will restart in a short amount of time but if it sits more than 30 minutes or so, it will not start again without starting fluid. I've drained fuel, cleaned tank and filled with 93 octane ethanol free and changed fuel filters and plugs at same time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
