"Hello, I've got a 2003 115 Mercury outboard that continues to run with the ignition switch in the off position. The kill switch has no affect, as the motor runs with the switch toggled off. Also continues to run with battery cables disconnected. Could alternator be back feeding some how? Where do I start trouble shooting. Any ideas are appreciated. (Never thought I would have a problem making an outboard not run.)"

if not, you got a bad switch box"
