Mercury 115 4-stroke EFI trim limit problem

I have a 2012 Mercury 115 EFI 4-stroke that will not trim properly. The trim switch trims up when pressed down position, but when pressed up does nothing. I've replaced the up trim relay and no change. It seems to be the trim limit module (square black box) but I can't find any information on it online. Any help from someone smart on these would be appreciated!
