"Hello all. Here is the deal. She starts up fine and idles ok although engine revs at full idle seem to vairy each time i start her, Then I put her in gear...fine, thennothing much happens as I push the throttle further until almost as far as the control lever will go and then she dies. What be going on?
Also, She will not engage reverse gear. I can see in the top of the engine a half circle with three notchs in it and a pin that locates in each notch according to where the throttle lever is positioned. I can only guess that the problem may lie deeper down the leg?
