mercruiser outdrive noise

I have a mercruiser 165 6 cly outdrive that has a noise in it when I turn right or left I have put new u-joints , gimbal brg, going straight its fine I have also tried it putting 120 4 cly drive that I have on same noise here
 
Gimbal bearing needs replacement

Oh and your You tube video does not work as it requires signing in....I am not signing in to view it.

You CAN NOT RUN IT WITH THE DRIVE NOT BOLTED ON.

shift into fwd, remove the drive, inspect U joints to make sure you installed the keepers
make sure gimbal bearing was installed and FULLY SEATED using the correct tool .If you did not hammer on the tolerance ring to install it you destroyed the bearing.
pics of the tools used would be helpful.
