Mercruiser Mag stroker 383

Hello everyone,
My mercruuser 383 mag stroker has one riser and manifold getting hot while at idle. Soon as I rev the manifold cools off. Any suggestions?

Unless its getting hot enough to burn your hand instantly its normal
Water flows the path of least resistance so at idle one will always be hotter then the other

As above how hot? If it is getting too hot - At idle depending on what cooling set up you have could be impeller needs replacement , if you have a check ball system that is sending too much water one way or a clogged manifold.

it is normal and can be a red herring that one manifold will be hotter that the other
