Mercruiser Engine Problem

Hello,
I have a 95 mercruiser v6 4.3 engine and I have water in the engine oil as well as in the stern drive oil. Does any one know what it could be?

2 separate issues, engine could be a cracked block, rotted intake under the therm housing, cracked heads, head gasket, leaky manifold or riser
drive could just be some seals
