Hey guy hope your all well and having a great time on the water
Ok here is my problem I'm after any ideas as I'm stumped on this one
I have twin 95/96 mercruiser 7.4 lx MPI.
We have just finished rebuilding both engines and reinstalled in the boat,
Now we seem to have no injector pulse on eather engine.
Now just to get you guys up to speed so I'm not answering a heap of question lol
I don't have a DDT,love to get one but nothing available here in cambodia.
Ok here is what I do know!
I have full battery power and have installed 4 new battery's 2 new starters so it's turning over fine.
I have working fuel pumps I replaced them all and I can hear them fire up for short time after key is turned on.
I replaced all leads rotor and cap and I have great spark
I can get it to fire with a spray of fuel in the plenum,
I have check all the fuses all tested fine and have power going to them one has power all the time and two have power when the key is turned on.
I connected a noid light and I have zero injector pulse
I suspect the ECM is dead but I find it hard to believe two engines could have same problem. At the same time.i also have problem believing dead ecm as the fuel pump are operating and I see in the diagram they are controlled by the ecm
I have checked all the earths all seem fine,
I can't seem to find any wiring that I may have damaged or forgotten
Any ideas guys ? I'm stumped ?
Is there something I've missed ?
