Mercruiser 50 MPI Electrical problem

I have a 2004 Mercruiser 5.0 M

I have a 2004 Mercruiser 5.0 MPI. I inadvertently hooked up my battery reversing polarity. I got an initial spark and then nothing. I now have no power to my positive cable at the fuse box so I am getting nothing except the trim works both up and down. I checked the circuit breaker and there is no power to it. Anyone have any ideas where to check next?

the 90 amp fuse on the starter

the 90 amp fuse on the starter solenoid take a test light or voltmeter and check for power on both sides power on only one side replace
