The water pressure reading on my Smartcraft fluctuates from 8 - 20 PSI at Idle up to 3000 RPM. I drove the boat yesterday and today for over an hour each time and the engine temp never exceeded 158 degrees. No overheating issues at all. When I shut the boat off and just turn the key to the right without starting the engine (Engine off), the water pressure still reads the same 8 - 20 PSI. Is it possible this is just a faulty water pressure sensor?
