Mercruiser 454 w bravo 1 outdrive

I have a 1994 Searay with a Mercruiser 454 7.4lt (0F356974) with a bravo 1 outdrive. Due to medical issues the boat has sat in my driveway since 11/09 (in NJ) When I pulled the boat in 2009, i did not have time to fully winterize it. It was rebuilt and had about 15 hours on it. all fluids were changed prior to the 2009 season. I did fill the block and all available areas with straight antifreeze.
should i try and crank it up first or change all the fluids and perform maintenance prior to attempting? I am assuming the impeller shouild be replaced prior to doing anything. It has a transom flush port that i use for on land starting.

get a fuel sample first. if it was full u may not have a problem. Check over the motor for signs of cracks & any winter damage. As far as the impeller goes that can b taken apart & looked @ Use some spray oil on it b4 u put it back together & it may last a few minutes or all season. Check oil for water!! For the out drive check to make sure its full & fire it up!

If the fuel is from 2009, plan on removing it and getting some fresh gas. Three year old gas will damage your engine.
