"i bought a boat for cheap and it came with a 1959 Mark 58A motor. (45 horse, electric start with alternator). i got it started only has a couple issues. what i need help with is that the motor wont turn so i cant steer. is there a lock on it i am over looking? any suggestions would help. and if anyone knows where i can find a free copy of the owners manual that would be great. thanks."
