I have a 2000 Merc Optimax 150. Recently put a new fuel pump because previous owner had it sitting for 2 years. Anyways I took it out and ran it a few times and it ran great. I go to start it and as soon as I let off the key and it shuts off. I figured maybe batteries weren't charged enuff to keep it running so I charged them up all afternoon and tried again with no luck. Any ideas? Figured it was something electronics and I'm no guru.
