I was given a 9.8 i cant make
I was given a 9.8 i cant make it run right. When it runs in a tank the only way it will stay going is if i flip the chock on and off here is what i have done to this engine. 1new plugs 2 cleaned carbs 3checked seal under fly wheel any body know of something else that might be wrong any help will be great.
