"09784231 does not compute. 0G

"09784231 does not compute. 0G maybe? The knob turns right (cw) to raise the idle speed. If it does not work, than see if the link rod is upsidedown. The L bend in the rod points up towards the flywheel. Where it connects to the spark arm. "

"thanks Graham, and thank you

"thanks Graham, and thank you Bandit you were right that connetor rod was upside down CHEERS to you both.
One more question about the fuel mixture screw is their a set rough guide how many turns out from fulley closed it should be?. or would i be better just to adjust it while going at full speed in the water.

it seems to rev all right but you can notice a diffrence in speed while moving on water. replaced filter, fuel, 2 stroke oil added fuel doctor which made it better cleaned carby. goes well but think it needs the mixture screw tweked a bit what do you think? every thing i do makes it better but just not 100% kind regards and thanks again. Mark."

The fuel screw is only set at

The fuel screw is only set at idle. Open it up just enough that it will idle properly. ~1/1/4 turns.
Than gun the throttle and see if it bogs down or stalls out when you cut it. If so than move it 1/4 turn richer until that goes away. And that is it.

"thanks again bandit your wort
