Starboard engine will stal

Hi
Starboard engine will stall when throttles pulled back to idle. it will refire right away. have checked fuel pressure 35psi and all ignition parts. it has had a new module installed for this problem back a few years ago but did not fix it. it also seems to run rough untill mid rpm when accelerating. top end ok.
my thinking is a vac leak.
Any thoughts??????????

Sorry Jim; one eye was shut. Has the throttle body been thoroughly cleaned? Have you tested the TPS (throttle position sensor) with the ignition on for voltage rise and drop and with it off using a digital ohmmeter for resistance rise and drop? Any spike in either direction in voltage or resistance; replace. Pull the plug off of it and carefully inspect it for a finite amount of corrosion. Clean with tuner cleaner and plug it in and remove it several times.

Will it idle smoothly and when in neutral if you throttle up will it drop back to idle and not stall?

"i would check the quad driver on the idle air control(IAC) valve, they sell a light to diag that. it sounds like the iac isnt moving fast enough to keep the idle after coming down off cruise"
