"Hello,

raw water cooled(open sys). My lower exhaust bellow pop off at the lower unit, but still attached to the gimbal housing. My question is, when the drive is in the "IN" position, can this cause back pressure by restricting the exhaust, my risers/manifold are hot (200 degrees), but not the engine / thermostat housing 140-170 degree(checked with temp gun).

No issue with the exhaust bell

No issue with the exhaust bellows.

Does not affect back pressure or anything else expect noise.

If it gets closed off or collasped and stops exhaust flow then it could create a problem. Mostly a over heat condition.

Should get it back on when possible.
