"Starts good but fires on two cylinders until warm, ( about 5 to ten minutes) runs on three after that, been noticing lately that at slow trolling speeds it may go back to 2 cylinder firing until I speed up and then back to running fine. I believe it is fuel delivery but looking for guidance on what to do."

Safest thing to do is remove all carbs for a good cleaning. Easiest is to pump fuel bulb with engine off, look down each carb with flash light. Any fuel dripping means bad carb. You can check each plug wire for spark with a timing light while running. Warning-----running with a clogged jet in carb means no fuel/OIL to that cyl."
