Merc 350 Mag temp question

I have a 2006 Crownline 240EX with a 350 Mag and Bravo III drive. When I just cruise around, the temp stays at the straight up temp of 160 but when I pull a skier or tuber it goes to about 180. It goes back down when I slow down. Will the 180 do any harm to the engine? I know my pickup is at straight up 210 all the time so I am thinking 210 sure won't hurt anything. Am I wrong thinking like this? The boat only has about 180 hours on it and is used in fresh water in Lake Norfork in North Arkansas.
Thanks for the help.

Whether RW Cooled or equipped with a Closed Cooling System, periodic temps of 180 should not be an issue while operating in lake or river water.

I do agree with Kim.... you should prop down when pulling tubes or skiers.
