"I HAVE 2008 25 EFI , AND WHILE CHANGING OIL I NOTICED THE PROP IS NOT ENGAGED WHILE IN GEAR? FORWARD OR REVERSE. IT SEAMS TO WORK FINE WHEN RUNNING. IS THIS NORMAL, OR A SHIFTER PROBLEM?

IT IS WROUGHT IDLE AT 900, BUT SOUNDS GREAT AT 1100 OR MORE. IS THIS NORMAL?

If it runs fine, don't worry.

On the rough idle, could be stale fuel in the system? Are you using correct octane?

With such a new motor, I'd consult the dealer you purchased from to be 100% certain.
