Hi. I'm new to posting here but have learned a lot by reading old post.
I have a new-to-me 2009 Merc 20hp 4cycle model MLF20ML with about 20 hours on it. On my first start, with the unit in a barrel and idling I had good water flow from the pee tube, which I expected; but also about the same flow from a small hole just below the front LH lower unit mounting bolt. In addition, water overflowed from the top of the drive shaft housing. My question is: are these last two symptoms normal?
