Merc 175 no start Turn over no fire

"Moter will turn over, no fire, so started with taking off the black and yellew wires at switch box, did one at a time. I will start with outer swich box in place and inner black and yellow off, what gives? does this mean i have a bad switch box?"

"Possible, but that will "usually" cause a situation where the engine is running on 3 cylinders. The broken box would cause the other not to spark. This is due to a blocking diode in each boxes stop circuit. The broken box will confuse the good one."

"cked all that, I have unhooked one of the yellow and black to the front switch box, and now it will run and shut off, this is not a common switch to ground problem. I can also pull the kill switch and it too will shut it down. ITs odd>"
