"Well, the problem is that it starts fine and runs good a low speed but at high RPM's it cutts outand surges up and down. I thought it night be the Stator bad, but then I'm thinking it might be the High speed carb jets.. I was going to try to run some Sea Foam thru it and see if that help.. Anybody have any thoughts??"
