Just looking for input here, if any, on specifically which material to use as the overflow hose/tube from mechanical fuel pump to carb? I have used a clear plastic material in the past but can't remember where I bought it. Reason I went with clear is to be able to see if fuel enters that hose, so that a defective pump is easily noticed. I bought and received some "clear " plastic fuel hose from Amazon and it should work, though it is really soft and pliable and a bit different than the material I have used in the past. I'm sure it work as fuel line for a lawnmower or whatever, just not sure it s the stuff I want in my enclosed engine room.
