ME-F40E EFI stals after ca. 3 sec when started

Hi all,
Any help is appreciated 😀

There is no error beep, only the long control beep when the key is turned.
The injectors (all 3) pulse gasoline (no spray, is this normal?)
The VST tank is clean.
The external tank is swapped out incl. The hoses and prime ball.
The fuses are replaced with new ones, just to be sure.

When it "starts" and stops running I need to open the throttle lever on the remote than crank it over a few times, close the throttle lever crank again and it runs again for a few sec. The longest run time I got wax 4a5 sec. First the motor idles up and then down, runs on idle and shutsdown.

I measured some sensor voltages at the manifold:
Sensor position
Black orange. 0
Purple yellow, 5volt before and during start
Blue White. 0

Sensor MAP
Black orange. 0
Yellow. 0
Purple yellow. 5volt before and during start

The throttle valve is completely closed when the engine is off.
I cannot see the valve when the manifold is installed to check if it's open or not when I start.

The solenoid for the idle air valve works (I checked with 12v battery).
The power lines to the solenoid have 13volt.

When I block the air tube from the solenoid to the manifold the motor runs about a second longer.

I.m out of options for now do you have any ideas?
What else can I try?
