Md7a Hard to start and smokin

When i try to start this it is

When i try to start this it is very hard to get started and then it smokes a lot of white smoke.After it warms up for a little bit it runs fine and quites smoking. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Compression is low cold. Worn

Compression is low cold. Worn cylinders or rings. Have cold then hot leak down check done and compare.
