"I have an MD-7A and am finding some diesel in the crankcase. I adjusted the valves myself last year, and the motor runs great. I imagine the fuel in the oil is blow by past the rings. Would valves adjusted wrong cause this also?"

Either a faulty injector or idling for a long time can cause that.
