Mariner manual release screw

Hi I have a mariner 75hp witch I think it a 1990 model and the tilt trim has stop working and the motor is stuck down I have had a look at the manual release screw and it doesn't look good and doesn't want to move and does anyone no with direction you need to screw it to release the hydraulic pressure thanks

Use a perfect sized impact screwdriver bit,counter clockwised

A lefthanded drill and an easyout, Try soaking screw with some PB BLASTER overnight
