"I am considering a 1988 champion with a Mariner Magnum II 150. I would like to hear any opinion, experience with or any knowledge of their performance.
I can tell you that the lower end is freshly rebuilt by a local marine shop. The owner drifted aground while trying to land a fish and ruined a couple bearings. So he says!!
