Mariner 90 vibration

I have a mariner 90 hp outboar

I have a mariner 90 hp outboard motor. From idle to half throttle it seems fine but any faster it has a lot of vibration. I changed props and it helped a little but not much. If one cylinder was missing could that cause the vibration?
