The "click" could indicate that
1) the fuse which feeds the trim motor is blown (you are getting power to the relays, but not to the motor itself) - so find the inline fuse under the cowl and check it out.
2) the relays are shot - less likely since you hear the click which tends to indicate they are "switching on", but worth a check - you can bypass them (hotwire) the trim motor and see if it powers (after you have checked the fuse).
3) the trim motor is toast - the click could indicate that the relay is "on" and sending power to the trim motor but it's not working...
