That's a 1988 Mercury/Mariner - not to be confused with the Mariner line built by Yamaha for Merc.

So the same parts (basically) as the 6/8/9.9 Merc's (only difference is the paint colour and decals) and Merc Mariners built between 1986 and 1994 1/2.

Nice little motor.
