Mariner 60 efi 4 stroke 2002 won’t start

New member
Engine cranks but won’t start. No engine guardian beeps and no error messages when scanned.
This is what I’ve done so far-
New spark plugs and filters, fresh fuel
Checked pressure from high pressure fuel pump 42psi
Checked kill switch operation.
The plugs are dry and I don’t think I’m getting a spark.
I don’t know where to look next, please help!
 
If fuel delivery was normal but no spark I'd think plugs would be wet.

You need to test for spark, don't troubleshoot from your keyboard.

As I said I have tried to see if there is a spark and I don’t think there is. Plugs are dry but pump pressure is good. Where would you recommend I troubleshoot?
It’s like the kill switch has operated but I have tested this
