Mariner 40hp

I have recently purchase a second hand Mariner 40hp outboard the serial number is difficult to read it looks like OP075678 however the first letter is hardly legible - I think its an O - this serial number doesnt come up when I am looking for parts, any advice? I would like to get a manual for it and to know the year and model Thanks

I now know that OP075678 is definately the serial number as I have located it elsewhere on the engine, but still can't find it when I run a check. It was made in Belgium and has 200D on it below the serial number. Any help would be truely appreciated, thanks
