Restoring an 87 bass tracker side console with 40 hp mariner. I am looking into converting from remote to tiller steering with my mariner 40hp 40ELO 6E9 serial number: 429868 outboard. I have been having trouble finding any info online and was wondering if this is possible. I know this is a yamaha built mariner and possibly there might be a Yamaha kit/part available.
