mariner 40 hp 2 stroke 2005

hello, I just bought a motor boat mariner 40 hp 2 cylinder 2stroke , 2005 S.N. 0P392225 , to engine i have a lebel with serial :0Y052826 and model :J041203DD.
the motor is new ,(it was never used)
I have some questions and concerns,

1.
My engine has no shock has no button or cable ,
how start it when it's cold?
2.
My model is with manual start. can i put a Electric starter?can mount a charge relay or need and a new stator(generator)?

You can add a starter,wiring and control; it probably has a lighting coil under the flywheel for bow/stern lights. Charging coil can be added if it isn't there.

Electrical problem solved, I found 2 yellow wires (generator) I'm going to mount a charge relay

remained the problem of shock. Does anyone know why my model does not shock? no manual no electric
near the handle (string) starting is a small pump priming be this the replacement of shock?
 
Does the carburetor have a choke flapper ?---If not then there will be some sort of primer set-up to inject fuel for cold starts.
