"Not difficult unless the bearing carrier is corroded into the housing.

But two things to do first. 1) get a manual 2) make sure that it's simply not burnt/unburnt gas and oil which has made it's way down the exhaust housing and dripped out through the prop (exhaust) which is TOTALLY normal.

Drain the lower unit oil and check for water or very cloudy/milky oil. If it looks fine, replace it (should be done once a year anyhow) and don't worry about the drip."
